Returns and Exchanges

We do NOT send materials out on inspection because we consider our publications to be of a high standard.

We appreciate that sometimes customers find goods ordered from catalogues or via the web that don’t meet their needs when they receive them. We are therefore happy to refund your money, providing you return the books to us within 30 days of receipt in good condition and suitable for resale, together with our invoice. Customers must pay for the return postage. Please pack your returns carefully since we are unable to give credit for damaged books.

If you have bought an e-book and don’t feel that it is right for you, please email customer-services@brilliantpublications.co.uk to arrange for a refund.

Bookshops wishing to return books must write asking for permission first and quote the original invoice number.
